  Very pleasant people to deal with. Accommodate however they can. Have use of a moving truck when moving in and out for a 5 hour span. Very clean facility.

  If you are ever looking for a storage place I highly recommend Real Storage in Sherwood Park. The units are always very clean, the staff are amazing, friendly and extremely accommodating and their prices are awesome. I have had to rent units from Real Storage on more than one occasion and have always been more than happy with all the services provided. Whenever I call or stop in I am acknowledged by my first name and made feel like I was part of a family. Anna the manager is phenomenal. I can't say enough about this wonderful facility. They will always have my business and I highly recommend them to all.

  Very nice facility, and the staff are so friendly and ready to answer any questions you have. The only issue is to get to the location, if you come from yellowhead its no problem but if you come from baseline you have to do a u turn. But thats not worthy of losing a star.

  I recommend Realstorage to friends because their customer service is excellent. I store a few things at this location. I find it convenient and accessible.

  Best run storage facility that we have ever used! Our company has been a customer of Real Storage at this location for 7 years. The manager, Anna, has helped us grow our business to the point that we now have 2 units. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Anna looks after the facility as if it was hers. We feel like Anna and her staff are an extension of our business. As long as Anna is the manager at this location we won't be going anywhere else. I would highly recommend this facility for your personal or business storage needs.
