    I was waiting for assistance, and when another employee came out they helped another customer who arrived before I did. The other store employee told them that, and just because of that they gave me a discount on the piece of jewelry I bought, which was uneccssary but welcomed. Good place that cares about their customers!

    Great staff. Very knowledgeable on the Michael Hill brand, friendly, and very very helpful. Would definitely recommend making the drive to Sherwood park even if another one is closer.
