    We had the best customer service at the Urban Barn in Sherwood Park. Not only was the customer service great, the store had the best selection out of any Urban Barn we had ever been to! Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for home furnishings!

    Urban Barn has an incredibly unreliable delivery service. I ordered furniture - 3 pieces. The first 2 arrived half an hour early & the 3rd piece wasn't able to be delivered because the warehouse drivers left without it, so they planned to deliver it the following week. They're currently 1/2 an hour late & I haven't gotten a call saying they're on their way. If I ever buy from Urban Barn again, I definitely won't be using their delivery service. Wasting my whole day when I shouldn't have to.
