    Great, friendly service staff. Lack of choice when it comes to vehicles though. Decent rates, there are better rates elsewhere, but they do not track or charge for kms. Would recommend.

    This team is cheerful, helpful and so eager to please. Their happiness is infections. My customer service person was Arun and he was especially helpful with a few things. I highly recommend and ask for Arun.

    Best customer service I've ever experienced and it was all thanks to Alex D. He was very helpful, efficient and friendly. This vehicle was for my girlfriend who lives in Sherwood park. I live in Windermere and would drive all the way to Sherwood Parks just to rent from Alex again. That should speak for itself.
