  After looking endlessly at local bike shops in Calgary after 2 days of fruitless searches unanswered questions and less than helpful staff I gave up on getting any real level of service from my local shops and hit the internet I stumbled across blood sweat and gears by accident.from the start they where helpful and knowledgeable and to say they went above and beyond would be a serious understatement. they returned my phone calls , delivered my bike to Red deer from Edmonton (free of charge) honored there sale price without any pressure from me 300 less than any place in Calgary assembled the bike and took the time to go over it when I got there to pick it up installed the accessories I picked up while I was there ( free of charge) an even gave my kid a bell for her bike the sales guy took the time to go over the options i was looking at for customizing my bike with me and even helped me secure it for travel back to Calgary A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

  We bought a Kryptonite U lock as well and they mounted it to the bike for her. It's a longer drive for us from Edmonton but MS&G will get our business going forward.

  I have purchased many different types of sports Gear from Mud,Sweet and Gears , from skiing to bicycles, I have always had a positive outcome and paid a fair price. Good job Paul and Donna keep up the good work

  Upgraded the wife to a new bike here. She walked in with no real direction on what she wanted and the sales team made multiple recommendations and let her ride them all around the block. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy any certain bike.

  I bought a full suspension bike for my kid and Mud, Sweat & Gears really came through for me. I had the bike shipped to me in Ontario. Their service was super fast and all of their costs were more than fair. I won't hesitate to use them again if they opportunity comes up.

  The guys here at mud sweat and gears are awesome. Every visit ive made here was quick, easy and well priced. My last visit they got me rolling right away instead of holding my bike for a day or two so thanks so much guys for that, i was able to hit some trails same day!. Really good service all around and great sales, make sure if your looking for service or a new bike head down to this location.
