  I just love this cab company. The nice gentleman that picked me up tonight helped me with all my groceries. Im so grateful for people like that in the world. I will always use this company when i need to go somewhere.

  Good ride, not as expensive as I thought. But he was talking on his phone and Bluetooth the entire time so that made me a bit anxious.... good trip otherwise. He was early enough to beat the post concert traffic, and it seems like he took the fastest route home, so all in all pretty good ride.

  I would hesitate to use again... Driver was courteous, but ultimately late.

  Flat rate cab is very punctual. I appreciate the friendly people who greet me upon entering the cab. I do however want to state that they need to make clear of payment methods before pick up at location called. Otherwise top choice cab for me and my friends!!

  I visited my cousin last week in Sherwood park. I used Flat rate cabs over there. Their service is very good and they are far more cheaper than other cab companies. I was stunned to listen that they had flat rates which was amazing. They are always on time and their drivers are very helpful.

  I had booked an early morning pickup (4:10am) to the airport for a 6am flight. Not exactly last minute but not too much wiggle room either to drop bags and get through security.By 4:15 there was still no cab... 4:17 phone rings and they say they will be there in 5 minutes. Car shows up at 4:27. 17 minutes was enough to make the Air Canada hum and ha around whether my bags would make it... I like to travel stress free and this was not a great start.
