  I will say that the staff at this StoreSmart location are very friendly though, so if you're in a bind and can't make it out to an official u-haul location, I'd recommend them.

  Julia and another lady with a Scottish accent were very friendly and helpful at the Sherwood Park location. I was from out of town and everything was arranged easily by phone/email for a padlock, key service. Facilities were easy to get in and out of, clean, and I felt very secure. Email communications were prompt. I would definitely use again!

  StoreSmart is a U-Haul re-seller which means they are marking up u-haul products for sale. While this is completely legitimate, I feel like the 80% markup (on u-haul retail!) on some of their items is a bit steep. For example they sell the u-haul Easy Pak for 89.99 when it's 49.95 at any official u-haul location. My advice would be to head over to an official u-haul location if you can. Your wallet will thank you!

  We went in needing a storage unit under emergency circumstances. Not only did we get a great unit with good access....but the prices were very comparable to other places and their security measures were by far more advanced. They even gave us a large U-Haul free of charge to use for the entire day! The lady who helped us....Gemma, was absolutely FANTASTIC. She made us feel welcome, was fun to talk with, and even brought us bottles of water while we were hectically moving stuff into the unit. She truly made the experience a lot less stressful and made us actually feel like our stuff would be safe. I 100% would recommend this location to ANYONE and don't suggest going anywhere else if you are needing storage. THANKS GEMMA YOU ROCK!! (sorry if I spelled your name wrong...lol)
