  Service was really good, lots of coffee refills. I had the split breakfast (half servings sausage, bacon, eggs etc). The group tried most breakfast standards and seemed happy with them. The couple we took for a birthday breakfast got coupon deals so probably a good idea to look for coupons. With the coupons and specials it is hard to come up with an average price but the bill with a decent tip came in just over $50 for four. We didn't try for economical, had a couple expresso shots and such.

  Long wait and poor service. Waited almost an hour for pancakes at a table of 2. We had to ask another server for coffee refills and she told us that they were short staffed in the kitchen and that our food was not the only order that was running really long when we asked her. Very unfortunate that our server didn’t keep us updated...after bringing us our original drink order she didn’t come by again until the food was brought out. Also, saw employees setting tables with cutlery that were not wiped down. This all took place on a Sunday after 1pm; it was not busy. And we didn’t see a manger out on the floor. We won’t be coming back to this location.

  We arrived at 1030am on a Sunday morning. We were told it was a 15 minute wait for 6 of us. After at least 20 minutes passing and several other smaller groups being seated we finally asked for 2 separate tables.

  Food was decent and service was good. The cake is from "The Cheesecake Factory" in Sherwood park so you can almost guarantee that you will like the cake there. The interior is still pretty new and nicely styled for this type of restaurant.

  Our server however was lacking. Not attentive. Didnt refill drinks. Took forever to bring the bill and then when asked to split it it took another 15 minutes to get the split bill.

  A bit of a wait on sunday. Wasnt to terrible. Only a few minute.

  We were seated about 5 minutes later and after at least an hour after arriving got drink orders. taken. After an hour and 20 minutes we got our food after complaining about the wait. Some of the time food was cold, undercooked and incorrect. Big disappointment as I had a better experience at another IHOP.
