  The pizza crust itself was cooked properly, but it tasted as though it didn't proof for long enough because it had a fairly prominent flavor of raw flour even though it was fully cooked.. Alternatively, the addition of some barley malt syrup into their recipe would give them the flavor of a longer fermented dough.. Cornmeal on the bottom of the crust wouldn't go amiss either.

  I like the concept. There aren't many places that offer *genuine* thin crust pizza in a fast food style setting.

  First time in Sherwood Park Blaze Pizza with family. Each having ordered their own and with different toppings. Everyone praised the crust and overall taste, and the staff were more than polite and easy to get along with. I found one individual in line complaining about something small but then again those types are everywhere (just read other reviews). Cant' wait till they start serving beer, which will make the pizza even better. Good job keep it up.

  This is actually one of the best pizzas I've ever had!!! I am so confused with some of the comments because the staff is SO friendly and they pile topping on! My boyfriend and I always share a pizza and are both really satisfied! After going here once I regularly have Blaze cravings. Super impressed.

  Awesome pizza place! It had a great atmosphere and vibe. Their selection of in-house fountain beverages were flavourful, and they use plant-based material cups (no plastic). Relatively low cost, but if you're ordering for more than 4 people, other places will likely be more affordable.

  Liked this place but then we tried the app. My experience was abysmal. I ordered on the app and arrived about 15 minutes later. Told them I had arrived and they just had our instructions ready to prepare. The place was not busy. They said they would get started and we sat down. We sat for 15 minutes and nothing, no names called. Several people went through. I asked and the pizzas were sitting prepared but not in the oven, waiting for something? They apologized and said they would go in right away. We sat for a while, I also went to the finishing station several times but nothing. They finally asked if I had gotten our pizzas and there they were sitting getting cold. Thy had not called my name because we were waiting right there. I left with the pizzas and when I got home realized they did not even finish them as ordered. It took 45 minutes in all. I would not recommend using the app because they obviously don't have that process worked out.

  The toppings are nice, fresh, and tasty, though not top quality, though who can really expect top quality when the price is as good as it is; more variety would be appreciated though. The staff was quite friendly and very helpful. Also, there's apparently an app you can use to order your pizza ahead of time, I'm going to give that a whirl next time.
