  I bought a drain snake here. I had trouble finding it at first, but it was extremely easy to find a staff member who was available to give me a hand. The snake lasted a long time and did its job well. The only problem was that parking was not that easy as the parking lot was a little bit confusing due to construction.

  I was looking for two brackets and a short pole. To make a small closet. I was helped by a nice gentle man. I explained what i needed and he was very knowlegable about the things in the store. Good service.

  I have paid for a new dishwasher and I do not want a dishwasher that without having used it has to be fixed.Finally they changed for another new dishwasher and the second one had a damage in the front.At this point we want to return the dishwasher and get our money back. 20 days later we are still waiting. The managers are incompetent and the customer have no value to them once the sale is done.

  Worst experience ever and Home Depot Canada wont even rectify their problem. Within two years of having my counter tops installed by Home Depot (which the contractor they used isn't even is business anymore... go figure..) they started to bubble, and they told me it was due to moisture in the seams. however they also told me the counter tops were installed improperly and that is why any sort of moisture, even that from a dish rag, could have caused this bubbling effect. I don't know who on the face of this planet would agree to paying someone to install a counter top you cant even wipe down with a damp rag.... They wont fix the issue, they keep saying its our fault that it happened, when they told us (i had someone come to my home to look over it) "it was installed improperly, and that's why the seam was open enough for water to get in there". Just save yourself the hassle and avoid using Home depot for any sort of contracting work because they WILL NOT rectify their contractors mistakes.

  Waited 25 min for a staff member to come to tools then he assisted a guy who just showed up. so go to a lot of locations and this location has the worst customer service.

  I have had the worst experience in of my life with this store.I HIGHLY recommend NOT BUYING any appliances here.

  We bought a dishwasher two month ago. Almost one moth later they installed the dishwasher and it was broken. We told them to change it for another and they did not want it. They wanted to fix it.
