  I can’t say enough good things about this Costco! Affordable prices and quality merchandise. I’ve bought everything from food to electronics to personal hygiene and pharmacy needs, and never had a problem. Great customer service!

  My all season tires were wrapped carefully in a plastic bag, they marked the tires, as well as line a plastic bag over my upholstery for the tire in the back seat (my car is brand new).

  Reviewing about my experience at tire service centre, I heard that even with appointments it would take very long for installation. I called Costco and Nils answer the phone and he was very friendly and polite, he advised me that appointment was roughly 2,3 weeks out; however, he recommended me to have my tires mounted and balance at Costco for the roadside warranty to be effective. I was a bit skeptical at first but I decided to book an appointment anyway as I bought my tires online there.

  Parking lot layout wasn’t the greatest in the relation to the entrances. Hard to get around during the busy times and not ideal during rush out when the lights red.

  I love this place. Specifically, this location had a much more relaxed atmosphere in contrast to the location that I usually frequent because of the proximity to my home which is the southside location. That particular location is reminiscent of a scene from a post apocalyptic movie. In total contrast, I was not scurrying about in desperation to make it to the cash register. I was able to casually get my items and get through the entire experience without any emotional scars. This will be my new location although it may be an extra 15 minutes drive to get there.

  Very good concept for a store. Good bulk prices and cool products for good deals. Overly busy and it just doesn't work for a small family to buy immense amounts of one thing at once.

  Otherwise it’s everything that you can expect from Costco. Great food served here for unreal reasonable prices. Great selection year round of vegetables and fruits. Good products and exchange policy in general.

  I like Costco through and through, but definitely feel like they could improve their efficiency by decongestant their parking lots and cashiers by putting so many products close by.

  The day of my appointment, I met Nils again. He was extremely courteous and friendly. He said my car should take between 1 and 1.5 hours. Though seems like a bit long to get the tire installed, I brought my own alloy wheel, not steel rims so the timing was pretty good. I asked a friend to pick me up and drive me around anyway since I was still scared my car wasn’t going to get done on time. We went for brunch and exactly 1.5 hours later I came back, the car was ready!
