  Very disappointed with my hair cut. Lack of knowledge and was not very gentle when brushing my hair. Will not be returning or recommending this salon. I will be getting my hair cut fixed at another salon.

  Only went here because I had a gift card. The employees were nice, very friendly, but I felt like the job they did didn't match the price. It was not at all what I asked for. I've done better at home with box dye as far as accuracy goes. For a higher end salon I was expecting more, and for the quote I got and the bill I received I definitely was expecting a better job. It didn't look bad, they didn't ruin my hair, it was just really not what I asked for. Wouldn't recommend this place, there's a bunch of little salons in Bonnie Doon mall that charge half the price this place does and if they're any good at all they'll be more accurate too.

  I moved to Sherwood Park 2 years ago and having to leave my hairdresser after 6 years was very hard.

  Until I went to Chatters and had Ashlyn cut my hair. She was wonderful. I have very fine straight hair so I keep it short.
